I tried to order a pair of prescription Costa Del mar sunglasses for my wife since they are the only Costa dealer around OKC. They had them shipped them to the wrong store then we're supposed to have have them to the Nichols hills store the previous Thursday when they were open and they still weren't there. My wife has made two trips trying to get them fitted to send to Costa for the prescription and they haven't had them shipped to the right store. Loved Dr Cox! She was knowledgeable and took the time to get to know me. She also took the time to answer any questions I had. Everyone was very friendly from the front desk to the back.
