Very detailed information about my dry eyes. Left with supplies to use and instructions on what to do. Couldn’t have been more pleased.
The staff members were extremely polite and receptive. The energy of everyone I spoke with was upbeat and welcoming. When I expressed that I was on my last few pairs of contact lenses while I’d wait for my shipment of new lenses to come in, the sweet lady at the front desk went back and grabbed a couple extra pairs they had to help me out. I HIGHLY recommend you come to Optique in Franklin for your eyecare. It was a PHENOMENAL experience!
I love Dr. Michelle and team! They are always kind and efficient/respectful of your time. Also love that they have two locations - both are great! The staff is also excellent at helping pick out glasses! Can’t rave about them enough!
