She is a horrible dr. if you want to call her a dr. I certainly don't. She misdiagnosed a friend who had bleeding veins behind her eye's and she prescribed glasses that didn't work!!!!
Great customer service. They send you reminders for your appointment a week in advance and the day of your appointment. Other places seem to struggle doing that. Great experience and a really good selection.

I have been going to the Latham office for a few years and have always been treated courteously and respectfully. The entire staff goes above and beyond is providing overall satisfaction. There is never a wait and they all are very knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for better service!
I brought in 8 kids to the Latham NY office. It was fantastic!! They were quick, thorough, fun and friendly. Everyone worked together so well to make it a great experience !!!! Great selection of eyewear and Rosie helped us decide if contacts or glasses would be the best cost effective option with our insurance.
