Using the virtual app is so easy and stress free. Anytime the staff is on the phone, courtesy is extended and they're always helpful and get to the bottom of any issues.

Very unhappy with delivery service. Both times my deliveries were between 9:30 and 10 PM! We usually are in bed by then. It wouldn’t be so bad except they sent an email earlier in the day (around 9:30AM) saying it was out for delivery. Waited all day. Med I’m on has to be refrigerated so didn’t want it sitting outside. Finally called at 7pm only to be told that it was being picked up and would be delivered that evening. NOT Happy!
This company is horrible. I called the after hours number as my son’s picc line was bleeding. Destiny informed me she left a Vm For the nurse and the nurse would call me back in 15-30. After 30 mins I called again Destiny stated “I CANT MAKE HER ANSWER” …. Then hung up on me. Horrible I’m meeting with my hospital next week to be sure they never refer option care to another patient.
