If I could give 0 stars I would. This review is all about what they tell you they are going to charge at first and then what they want charge after you are started and have no options. Charge for service, from Riley in the hospital, $100 per week service insurance won't cover because it is a service charge. At home told it is $20/day for 7 days or $140 per week. THEY DON'T COME EVERY DAY...ONLY ONCE A WEEK SO FAR...Don't believe anything they tell you verbally and don't use them, ask for an alternate supplier that will be up... read more
edit: I was able to find another infusion company as all of the problems I outlined here persisted every single time (without fail, every single time) I had an infusion. the people coordinating deliveries, the people coordinating the nursing team, the people coordinating insurance, all of them are among the worst people at their jobs I have ever encountered and never apologized for screwing up for years and years. abysmal, disgraceful company.
