We had a great experience with Option Care through the services provided by Katie Gearinger RN. Katie was very compassionate and caring as she trained myself and my wife on how to administer the IV antibiotic at home. She represented the Option Care company very well
Option Care was wonderful! They delivered my wife's medication almost instantaneously, perfectly boxed and refrigerated, with detailed instructions. When I subsequently called them with a couple of questions, at almost midnight, they were immediately available. Kudos!!!
I have had a great experience with Option Care. In particular with a someone, who I believes works in pharmacy, named Starr. She is always very helpful, cheerful, and says things clear. always helping me to get things sorted out 10/10 Stars.
