I was having problems with my garbage disposal. It would stop working if I did not use for over a week. Finally, I had it replaced and the technician was great. I have not had any issues since.
Optimus Property Management is a slum lord disguised as a property management company. I left my unit spotless — vacuumed, mopped, patched holes — and they sent me an insane deposit statement claiming I somehow owe them thousands of dollars. They’re trying to charge me $760 for painting and $250 for “deep cleaning” on an apartment that was in perfect condition when I left.
