I bought an engine from Optimum Truck Parts about a month ago, and I have to say—it’s one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. The engine runs strong and smooth, just as promised. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a reliable, good-running engine. Five stars all the way!
Evening, First let me say that Iam just stating my experience dealing with Optimum Truck Parts out of Medley Florida. It was and is a Nightmare. Second let me say that I don’t think all their engines are bad, but the 1 that I received from them was. Take very careful notes of what is said to you before your purchase, during your purchase, after your purchase and when you receive it. The worst diesel engine shop I have ever dealt with! I can’t even express how terrible they treated me and how much money I lost by using them. Don’t waste ur time or money and steer clear of these fools !
