I didn't think I would like physical therapy. ..but so far I do. Staff at optimum performance is wonderful. Im learning a lot of helpful excercises and valuable information.
Had my meniscus tear surgery and waited too long before I did PT. Called Optimum Performance PT when the pain was too much to handle. Not only did I have knee pain in both knees with arthritis, I had hip pain and was walking with a limp. Amanda was just wonderful and set my appointment in 2 days. Their hours were very flexible and accommodating for my work schedule. I met with Jeff for assessment and my physical therapy started that day. OPPT has the most amazing staff I had lower back problems & went in there for PT Jeff is not only a amazing & professional about what he does but has made a life long friend as a result of his dedication to what he loves to do!
I had an excellent experience at OPPT. I wasn't sure what to expect going into PT from knee surgery. Jeff, Joe, and Jason were outstanding to work with and eight weeks out, I am feeling much better. I definitely would recommend anyone to OPPT.
My primary physician referred me to OPPT due to a knee injury from running. The atmosphere at OPPT is fun, friendly, and professional. I completed my physical therapy over a few months, and my knee now feels close to 100%. Jeff, Jason, Joe, and Ryan are all very knowledgeable and well trained; I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if needed.
While this location is effective in treatment, it is lacking it's ability to conduct business accurately. Although I chose OPPT for many reasons, one of the main one was cost. I was quoted $90 to $120 buy the receptionist (was aware that I was using my PIP insurance) but my PIP was billed almost double which caused me to exhaust it much quicker than I planned.
