Can't say enough about the friendly, professional staff at OPPT. John and Jeff eliminated my pain and had me back to 100% within weeks. The pleasant, welcoming atmosphere, made every appointment feel as if I was visiting friends. If you need any type of PT, Optimum Performance Physical Therapy is the only place to go.
When I first hurt my back I was nervous going into PT, but now that I'm done only 2 months later I was so glad I came here. The staff was amazing and made me feel comfortable every single time and I would recommend Optimum Performance Physical Therapy to anyone in the area! I am sad I will not be there every single week, but if I ever need help again I know to go there and they will get me feeling to 100% again.

I am so thankful for the unbelievably accommodating and friendly staff at OPPT. Due to their hard work and dedication, my severe back pain was completely eliminated within a month and half. I looked forward to every visit, and I'm actually sad that I won't be seeing the staff every week, since they helped me to completely recover from my injury. I definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking excellent PT services!
Jeff is the best. This is my 3rd time round with him. He, April, John and Joe are all really good. The front desk girls are great. When in home care wasn't doing anything that they should have been doing, the girl at the front desk set me up the same day appt to see Jeff. Can't say enough about this place. It's great

I don't know what I would have done without these folks! In February 2016 I shattered my elbow and was unable to move it at all. They worked with me post-op and through their knowledge and patience and compassion I was able to fully move my arm again. In June 2016, I had 7 tendons in my wrist slashed. Once again these knowledgeable physical therapists gave me back the quality of life and range of motion I had before. Now I'm taking scuba diving classes thanks to Optimum Performance Physical Therapy. Love you!
