The staff and therapists at Optimum Performance are world-class. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. I had experienced long-term issues with my sciatic nerve that had made even routine tasks painful. With their help, I am not only pain free, but am able to work and move in a way to prevent a recurrence. I highly recommend OPPT. Thanks again !

Excellent PT group! Therapists and staff are fully committed to the recovery and long term success of their patients. Jeff & John have been incredible with rehabbing my frozen shoulder, not just providing in-office support but also giving guidance on changes I can make and small stretches and excercises I can do to improve my overall shoulder posture and prevent relapse of this injury.
High quality physical therapy. Caring physical therapists. I've seen both Jeff and April. Highly recommend both.
I have had neck and back problems for over 20 years and have seen several different PTs as well as a few chiropractors. Most of them seemed to want me to just keep coming in for years without a solution in sight. However, when I found OPPT they helped me determine the underlying causes of my pain, coordinated with an orthopedic I was also consulting with, and completed my therapy in a matter of a couple months.
