Dr. Anna Cabrita is lovely! I called and left a message with Optimum Chiropractic Victoria as I had a back spasm and did not have a Chiropractor. The office receptionist called me back first thing the next day and booked me in that same day. This was amazing. The office is clean and well organized. Dr. Anna took the time to explain how my spasm happened, teaching me a lot about the bone structure and their function, what to do when a spasm first occurs, and followup stretching techniques. After 8 weeks of solid pain and nothing really useful from doctor visits, I made an appointment with Dr Chin. He was thorough, kind and competent in attempting to assess exactly what my problem is. And even though he wasn’t able to give a firm diagnosis, his treatment worked wonders. The day after my appointment I am much much better - more range of motion, much less pain. Not fully cured yet, but I’m looking forward to the next appointment, and busy with my “homework” exercises in the meantime. Highly recommended.
Jack is fantastic. He provides great advice, insight and relief from ailments. Highly recommended for everyone, from high performance athletes to someone needing to increase their mobility and deal with aches and pains.
