I do not even know where to begin because at first this clinic had some minor issues but Mary the office manager made everything right, except for this issue I will be talking about and this is about Dr.Olma. Employees acted like I was an inconvenience to them every time I asked a question, they have very minimal customer relations skills or just hate their job. I felt rushed to pick out frames. I called to see if my glasses were in at two weeks because that was the lead time. Had to leave a voicemail and never got a call back. Dr was amazing, friendly and personable. She answered all of my questions and helped me understand their process better without making me feel like an inconvenience.

I've been coming for years and they're been great. I had a couple minor issues (not anything they caused) with my glasses over the years and they've always been really helpful.

I went in to the Tigard clinic to see Dr Tasripin for an eye infection last week. The doctor was thorough, patient and very compassionate. Dr Tasripin took the time to answer all my questions and made sure that I left the clinic knowing that I would have good outcomes in my healing process. I am very appreciative of the excellent care I received that day. Thank you.
