Recommendedamazing friendly staff who care about your well being
All of my work is done at a computer. My hobbies include gaming. I tend to get a lot of neck and shoulder pain along with carpal tunnel symptoms. Going to Optimal Wellness helps with that and more. Great facility, friendly staff, good pricing, and plenty of options for physical wellness and fitness goals. Highly recommend.
Optimal wellness has helped me so much the past few years. The staff is very very friendly and dr is very thorough and takes time to listen to concerns and answer all my questions. When I started out I couldn’t move much at all and they are helping me to gain back my movements and mobility and overall improve my everyday life. I very much recommend them for your back neck and hip pain.
I’ve been to a couple different offices in Wichita and nothing compares to the treatment that Optimal Wellness offers! Dr. Hands is the best and is consistent every adjustment leaving me feeling like a brand new person - not sore and achy like other doctors have in the past... No other office has offered services like Optimal Wellness such as the ultra sound, muscle stimulation table, and even a spinal care kit. If you are interested in a new chiropractor I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!!

I have never been to a chiropractic office where everyone is so friendly and positive. Everyone is so kind and always welcomes you with a smile when you arrive. Dr. Hands has helped me get my back on track and the adjustments and therapy have given me hope that I can continue to work in the nursing profession as a bedside nurse.
