RecommendedI am so thankful for Dr. Mark and Dr. Jenn!!!! When I walked in for my consultation about 2 years ago, I was in severe pain and I certainly couldn't stand up straight or move my neck alot. But now, I feel like a brand new person!!! I barely have any pain and they have almost straightened me out!!!! And the office staff is great to work with and so friendly!!! Everyone keep up the good work!!!
I have been seeing Dr. Jen and Dr. Mark for almost 6 years now. I started because I was getting less than 3 hours of sleep at night due to my career. I wasn't sure I'd even be able to continue doing hair. The knot under my shoulder blade was a tough one to release but with a strict regimen of seeing the Dr.'s 2-3 times a week for almost a year did the trick. I still go 2 times a month for regular tune ups but the pain is gone. The numbness gone and I can do my job pain free!! I can't recommend that enough.
The entire Optimal Spine Chiropractic team is there to help. I originally sought treatment when I had constant pain and tightness. Through treatment and education, my health has improved dramatically. With recent muscle spasms and pain in my back I came to realize how dedicated Dr. Jen and Dr. Mark truly are. This is absolutely a top notch practice that exceeded my expectations. Thank you
I've been going to Dr. Jen and Dr. Mark for regular tune ups (and a couple sports emergencies) for quite a few years now. They are fantastic. Always happy to help and willing to spend the time to listen to aches/pains/concerns in order to apply the correct treatment.

I started taking my son to see Dr. Jen when he was turning 2 months old (he’s 3 he months old now) and when he first went to Dr. Jen he was having bad reflux and not sleeping through the night and would only lay with his head to one side. Now after his care he sleeps for 6-8 sometimes 10 hours a night. No longer needs his reflux medicine and his an all around happier and wigglier baby.
