RecommendedI have received the best care from Dr Mark and Dr Jen! I started going to them during my pregnancy and have continued because of how much better I feel. My 8 year old and 5 year old beg to be adjusted every time we go. My high needs newborn always did much better after each adjustment, loves Dr Jen, and was greatly helped after her tongue tie revision! We are so blessed to have found Optimal Spine!

I thought I was going to have to get surgery on my knee, but after two weeks of appointments, the pain was gone and I have been pain free for two years under their care. I also had upper back pain which is totally gone as well. The entire staff is SO friendly & helpful and they truly care about their patients. RecommendedI found Drs. Jen and Mark through all the five star ratings. They are absolutely amazing! I’ve had issues with herniated discs in the past and was coming for an adjustment once a week to keep in tip top shape. I’ve now moved from the area and will greatly miss them and their staff!
