Hadassa and Paula are skilled, caring professionals who add a bit of lightheartedness to make their patients feel welcome and comfortable. (Hadassa, in particular, has a great sense of humor.) The exercises were challenging, and sometimes I felt like I had just been to the gym, but I really enjoyed going to Optimal and actually looked forward to PT each time. I hope to never have another situation that requires PT, but if the need arises, I will definitely return to Optimal.
