My mom came to Optimal for physical therapy and when I needed care she insisted that I come here. It’s the best therapy clinic I’ve been to!! The staff is very nice and friendly. They are also very motivating. I am glad I met them!!

Extremely knowledgeable of how best to treat the injury. Very professional when it comes to PT. Personable with patients/clients. Makes every appointment enjoyable no matter how painful the injury is.
These Ladies are great! they did a wonderful job motivating me, working me and i had a great tiem while doing it - I never once said "Ugh, i have to go to PT." I always enjoyed being there, even if i didn't enjoy working out! They are skilled, will work with you to adapt to your strengths and weaknesses and you'll enjoy it too. Thanks kids! This is the second time i've been back here - and i'm sure at some point - I'll be there again!
