Dr Racz has done a wonderful job. He speaks to me clearly and in understandable terms. The procedures have gone well. My only problem is getting a person in the office to respond to my voice mail with call backs. This can be frustrating when I have asked for information or need and an answer to a question. When I have been in the office, everyone has been friendly and helpful. I appreciate Nikita's help.
I have been seeing Dr. Racz for about 10 years now. He is one of the few doctors I know that actually listens to your concerns & addresses them. He has always been so caring, I would never see anyone else.
Dr. Racz is both personable and professional. He is great at explaining the pros and cons of treatments and is a skilled surgeon. He is always interested in providing the most up to date patient centered care. His office staff has changed and is also excellent.
