I had never been in an office where they harassed me so much that because my husband was not with me, they did not give me any information about the treatment until my husband arrived with me, this only makes me think that there is something strange, be careful with this place.

Stay away from these people. I made an appt. and quickly called back to cancel after reading their reviews. Insurance will not pay for their treatments. The answering service would not take a message to cancel. They transferred me to the Dr. office, which never answered. After calling back several times, finally leaving two messages with their answering service, I thought I got through. Until this morning. I’m getting text and email reminders of my appointment.

Promotion not honored. Spoke to Kaitlyn numerous times to fix the situation. She assured us she would take care of it that day. Never happened The add interest after saying interest free for 24 months. Last month received one treatment the entire month then had a quick exit exam the last day it the month. When questioned they said you do the treatment at home that month. You don’t have equipment that they use. Fraud

I just reviewed this place based on my initial visit . I looked just like a doctors office with staff in scrubs and clinicians in lab coats. I assumed these clinicians were doctors: (When I called them Doctor they didn't correct me)They listened to my symptoms, diagnosed them on the spot, and urged me to set up a follow up appointment ASAP. to outline a treatment plan. I arrived at EBHW at 11:19 for an 11:30 appointment. I had my paperwork done by 11:30 for my appt. I was still waiting at 12:15 in the lobby even though I had seen many people go in for appointment that had gotten there after me. I do not appreciate being left hanging for an appointment as if my time is unimportant. I doubt the doctor would wait in my office if I were 45 minutes late. I also saw a lot of hugging going on with a pregnant woman that was there by the staff and even one of the doctors. I would not recommend them... read more
