I am feeling very grateful this morning because it is the first morning in MONTHS that I have been able to get out of bed and move pain free! Thanks to the care of my wonderful chiropractor (yay, Dr. Chris) and doing recommended stretches and some new movement exercises, I now have some hope that I will get back to "normal"!!!!! :)
