Great! – I have chronic back pain that never goes away completely so I go to Dr. Pedreiro to have my back regularly adjusted. He does an efficient job of relieving my locked up joints. I have gone to Dr. Pedreiro for several years and find him to be an excellent doctor who is current with all best practices. In addition to this, he is a great listener, very open minded and approachable. You can't go wrong if you give him a try.
The best around! – Dr James is incredibly smart and takes the time to understand whats going on with his patients and get to the root of the problem. He doesn't offer some magical cure. Rather, he helps correct your problem permanently and teaches you whats happening with your body. I have never had a better medical experience in my life.
Outstanding Chiropractor – Other than being an amazingly talented Chiropractor, Dr James is one of the nicest people you will ever have the pleasure of meeting! I've been going to him fairly regularly for quite a while and he has worked wonders on my back. Total Professional. I highly recommend him. Optimal Health is the way to go.
Great Doctor! – I went to Dr.James after suffering from dizzy spells for several years. I had been to cardiologists, ENTs and had MRI's, CT scans etc. All the doctors prescribed medicines that I had to take for life. I decided to try a chiropractor before I started taking medicine for life! The doctor diagnosed me immediately as having neck issues that were causing the dizziness. I am now 90% cured after just 3 months. My life is so much better. Dr.James is very professional. I highly recommend him.

Excellent Health Care – Dr. James is the best. Within 45 minutes of arriving at his office he correctly diagnosed the problem in my shoulder that Kaiser "doctors" spent seven months trying unsuccessfully to find. Personalized and effective care with a great office environment that makes me feel good as soon as I walk in! – I've been to other chiro offices and when I walked in, I knew I was in a good place because it was not like the usual doctor's office. Thank You – I started going to Optimal Health after having extreme pain on my right side. I am an outside sales executive and do a lot of walking and standing. The pain was so bad that I thought i had dislocated my hip. I have been on a treatment plan for almost a year and have never felt better. User review by deecap – I fell down the stairs and was in severe pain. Without Dr. Pedreiro's help, I would still be in pain. It is a great relief to feel better without pain medicine that makes you feel your are in a fog or actually sicker.
