I have been a patient of Dr. Jim Ganser and Janet my hygienist since 1987 I believe. So has my wife. Our kids all moved over to Dr. Ganser after their pediatric dentist passed away. We have never had anything but excellent care from Drs. Ganser, Bailey the hygienists, chairsides and office staff. Several years ago when I broke a tooth they got me right in and in a few hours I was completely taken care of since they had a Cerec on premises. I really appreciated the quality service I receieved at Optimal Dental. The staff was kind, patient and took time cleaning, examining and talking with me about my dental health. Overall, great experience!
Heather was good to me and my teeth. I was almost asleep a couple of times. Dr Bailey gave me bad new that I had 3 cavities to take care of. That is life. I have been with this office and Dentists for 37 years. Keep up the good work.

Always enjoy seeing my hygienist, Heather and feel I get the best treatment available with Optimal Dental. I've been a patient for a long time and am very happy and comfortable with all of the staff. I recently brought my daughter over as a patient, and now she even wants to go into the dental field! That's about the best endorsement I can think of! My regards to the whole staff!
