Very comfortable atmosphere. Very professional and friendly staff. The dentist explained everything in detail and the arranged deep cleaning right away. Cleaning was comfortable and relaxing. I can highly recommend Optimal dental care.
The bill was three times what the original quote was. Disappointed. Angry. Who can afford this? A 10 % error is understandable. Maybe 20 %. Extreme is 30 %. But 300 % is completely outside the bound. Unacceptable.
Dr. Donaire is fantastic! She shows you your X-rays to explain whatever works that needs to be done and takes her time to answer all questions! She and her entire staff are very welcoming and friendly! Their pricing is also extremely reasonable! I am happy to become their newest patient!
We had an emergency dental situation and they worked with us and got us in. So thankful for their help. Office staff knowledgable and helpful. Parking VERY easy. Facilities neat and clean. Dentist knowledgable and compassionate. We will return.
