Not Worth the Money! I'm sorry but the Staff, grounds, customer service, hallways, and environment is poor. This has been the worse experience. As a Professional Athlete I expected more!! This place for one has Rats!!! This is the most ridiculous place I have ever lived. I'm use to living a high end lifestyle. I must say this looks high end but the staff is far from that! Worst Customer Service Ever!! Optima is on there 5th property management team in less than 12 months. You would think if there only going to be on property for 2.5 months they would start out with a positive attitude. Rude service, can't find overnight express packages, difficult to get dry cleaning pick up, and impossible to schedule facilities to fix items. Terrible experience!!! To bad because it is a nice facility.
Horrible visitor parking! Especially around lunch time. I spent over 25 minutes driving in circles waiting for someone to leave.
Optima Terrible customer service. Every time I go to the gym the staff is extremely rude.
