Just got robbed on the 7th floor of building 6895 for $260+. No cameras on the floor either so no luck catching them. Thank god I am moving out
They claim they are a luxury apartment; however, when you have an important issue, they are nowhere to be found and do very little to make up for it. The rent payment portal is also extremely outdated. We had an issue with the payment portal because of a late fee from the previous month. It took us 15 days after the first of the month to speak to Jodi, who is the person in charge of resolving online payment issues. OSV is just fantastic. My husband and I have lived here, part time, for six years. We have been delighted with this place. It is, for us, the perfect second home. We just lock and leave. The staff is incredibly responsive; the physical plant is beautiful; we have a dog and use the dog park; it is clean and exceedingly well-run. We are really happy here!

I really enjoy living here. Ray is awesome. Definitely my favorite person that works at optima. He is always willing to go the extra mile and is always helping me out with anything I need. A few days ago a resident accidentally threw their sunglasses down the trash chute and he went to find them for her. Not many people would do that.... he really cares about helping residents with anything we need and he deserves a spotlight for all his genuine and consistent efforts.
The optima addressed all issues and I am very pleased with the way they handled all the concerns me and my roommate had.
