Property manager ********************* is rude and prejudice. **** is not in compliance with housing authority rules or even the guidelines within my lease. She runs the leasing office as she pleases showing favoritism to who she likes. My HVAC stopped working in ******* (may) on upward of ****************************************************************************** my lease. I emailed and updated my contact information with optima which never updated now charging me additional fees due to not seeing my lease renewal
Poor Management, Only Cares About Their Commission If you want to pay thousands of dollars to be treated like a child, Optima Sonoran Village is the place for you. Marketed extremely well from an outside perspective everything seems incredible. You are treated like royalty when you are a prospecting renter. Just got robbed on the 7th floor of building 6895 for $260+. No cameras on the floor either so no luck catching them. Thank god I am moving out
They claim they are a luxury apartment; however, when you have an important issue, they are nowhere to be found and do very little to make up for it. The rent payment portal is also extremely outdated. We had an issue with the payment portal because of a late fee from the previous month. It took us 15 days after the first of the month to speak to Jodi, who is the person in charge of resolving online payment issues. I moved in about 11 months ago. At first it was a great experience until towards the back end of my lease. 10 months into the least i was charged another pet deposit of $400? The new account executive said that because they never reported it on the ledger they dont have proof. I provided proof of what the leasing agent gave me at the beginning of the month and she said, well because its not on the ledger that doesnt matter. She stated that it would be illegal for her to waive the 400.00 pet fee. So i decided to pay it again ... read more
