If I could rate 0 I would.
We enjoyed our apartment, and know sometimes a fix or two is required with an older building. However the leasing office is very frustrating to work with. They never return calls regarding the building or maintenance. And not just calls it’s emails and texts they won’t reply to for days. Horrible communication.
This property management company does not care about their tenants. I’ve had to deal with numerous issues from black mold, to my bathroom ceiling collapsing due to water damage, to their maintenance crew cutting my internet/cable line, major roach issues, etc. You can never get a hold of anyone at their office when you call and even leaving a message is pointless. When’ you do get a hold of someone, they’re extremely rude and act as if you’re bothering them.
Literally the worst company you can ever go with. Upon moving out they stole all of my stuff. They have brown water and never fix it. Oh and bugs they never fixed their bug situation. They laugh at you and don’t care about you. Please love yourself and don’t rent here and if you do LEAVE!! But don’t tell them until your stuff is gone bc they will come in your unit and take it before you can management is. Please report Al and Melissa to the real estate board.
