I had previously left everyone here a 5 star review, but that changes today. Dan Hicks was fantastic during the apartment approval and leasing process, and I genuinely appreciated his professionalism and responsiveness. Unfortunately, once I moved in, my experience with the property management and ownership completely changed. I was supposed to view one of their units like 4 times already and they always text to reschedule but we finally agreed on a day, so me and my daughter went and he didnt show up i text and got no respond i called the office but their closed on the weekends maybe this is sign that i shouldnt rent from them smh

If I could rate 0 I would.
We enjoyed our apartment, and know sometimes a fix or two is required with an older building. However the leasing office is very frustrating to work with. They never return calls regarding the building or maintenance. And not just calls it’s emails and texts they won’t reply to for days. Horrible communication.
