I had a terrible experience with the practice. I had a question after my procedure and it took 5 daily calls to get someone to take my call and when the dentist who will be doing the crowns requested my X-rays, Optima would not provide them. When I called this morning and asked if they would release the X-rays as a courtesy, I was told no. Shouldn’t the patient come first?
