One star is too many for Optigen!!!! Terrible phone system. Absolutely "no" follow up with prior conversations to respond back. I real nightmare to communicate with employees. Save yourself aggravation and select another company for your supplies and set up your initial​ equiptment.

This company should lose its Medicare contract. They never send supplies timely, have no mechanism to track their shipment, and keep fibbing about when to expect arrivals. Total bull over the phone. Customers could die waiting for their shipments.

HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. DID NOT LISTEN AT ALL, OUT TALKING ME.. I AM NEW TO THE PROCESS AND SHE WAS OUTRIGHT RUDE. I WISH I COULD GIVE TEM A ZERO!!!!!!!!!!!!

BAD, Bad, bad. Delivered a New CPAP machine. Was recommended by my Doctor, The machine, a Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset does not work at all in the Automatic mode. Optigen and their rep just stonewall. No support, help or suggestions. They made their sale, and they don't care. Guess what? They are getting the machine back. Now if you go with these people, it is your fault. Be forewarned

They are almost impossible to talk to on the phone without a 1 hour wait and when informed they sent a defective part they absolutely dropped the ball in sending a replacement, even though I have called three times. The last time I was told by the phone person that they would send the department handling supplies an "email" to request a higher priority for the replacement. Still hasn't happened - been waiting for a new part almost 4 weeks now. Good thing I didn't throw out one of my old ones. Am going to try to switch to a d... read more

I have been with OPTIGEN for my CPAP and supplies since 2009. My doctor told me that it would be lifetime for me because I sometimes quit breathing while I sleep. I have never been completely happy with OPTIGEN but they were who the Military doctors set up for me. In December 2016 I turned 65 and Medicare is picking up 80% and Tri-care is the backer. This used to be a good company with quick efficient customer service. But, now, they have become unresponsive and could care less about customer service. I have tried numerous times to cancel my CPAP supply automatic orders. I have even told TRICARE to stop accepting billings from them. They keep sending supplies and I keep sending them back. It is one of the WORST companies I have ever dealt with. If you are looking for a CPAP supply company look elsewhere. Stay away from these fools !!!!

Stay Away... They overbill, and customer service is horrible! They send in-needed supplies, then bill you. Trying to address/correct these issues, expect hang ups every other call, following 30+ minutes on the phone. Reps reflect a poor customer service attitude. Its all about raking in the dough!!!
