After receiving a bad prescription from another place, I gave this place a try. The support /front desk person was super friendly and professional, and he was not pushy at all. I was a little skeptical with the remote optometrist, but there were no issues during all the pre-tests and discussions with the Doctor. The doctor was able to figure out why my other prescription didn't work out for me and helped me figure out what would be the best way forwards.
