I brought a pair of aviator sunglasses in for a repair. The lenses had popped out, and the wire frame was bent and out of shape. I handed over the mangled frame (which was also missing a screw) and the lenses to the nice girl behind the counter, and asked for a replacement screw. I have purchased glasses from many retail outlets in my life but until I found Optical World in the Santa Rosa Plaza, I had never found the leval of service that my picky personality requires. They are always service with a smile and the prices and selection can't be beat! Previously in the same mall I had problems with another vendor that promises "glasses in an hour". Last week I went in and had a gentlemen help me by the name of Matt. He was so polite, helpful and on top of it. He had 2 other customers and was alone but made sure we were all taken care of. I went back to pick up my glasses and has the pleasure of meeting the manager Rick who is new. I had a great experience with both of these people. The service here is the best I have encountered at optometry stores. Optical World treats all of its customers with the utmost respect and they handle their glasses with great care. When I am in the area and have a problem with my specs, I choose to go to Optical World.
Great selection of designer frames that are hard to find elsewhere.
I have new Chanel frames and better vision thanks to Optical World. Dr. Zimmerman is very nice. I will go back. They had my glasses done in no time. Thank you.
Friendly, courteous service. Excellent follow through on fitting. Prices not great, but much better than other stores. AARP discount helps.
This place rocks! Not only did they replace a missing nose pad on my glasses, but they had one exactly like the original. And I didn't even get the glasses there. Would definitely go back to them.
