For my first time being in this store the customer service was amazing. I went in there to schedule and eye exam and they took me right then and there. Afterward Ruth helped me pick out my frames and we were having a good time with what ones looked best for me. If your fed up with the company your going to now for glasses i would go and see these guys.

I've had a number of glasses lose their arms in the past year...lost screw, had the armpiece. For a few weeks I've had them in a bag in my car wondering who might repair them. A friend suggested I take them to the mall. I walked into the first optical place I found, and met Jackie. Wow, what amazing service. Thanks to Dr. Ron, this place totally rocks! He's a great optometrist who listens to my concerns. My previous eye doctor made me feel like I'm just a number on his clients' list. Dr. Ron made me feel the opposite. He had me try out the contact lenses that fits me and the right prescription to it. My eye condition is a bit of a challenge and Dr. Ron is determined to find the right prescription for me. I really appreciate his concern for his patients.

The exam was professional, optometrist was efficient and friendly, the sales staff were helpful and the service was quick.

I get complements everywhere i go... the staff was very nice and Dr Nazari answered all my questions and did a great exam ... I will continue to go to Optical World and tell all my family and friends about the great service i received.

Ripoff artist.. I purchased a Hugo Boss sunglass from there for $269 and later realized I paid too much. They said it was retail price, but I searched internet and retail price from everywhere was less than $200 and sold for $120 to $185. No refund there so be careful. I went back in 10 min to return, but no such luck. The doctor was very rude and even though I told them about retail price, they wouldn't adjust the price. Do not ever shop there. the worst place I ever experienced.
