Some brands they carry aren’t great quality, the coating on my frames started to quickly crack and deteriorate, right around the one year mark, just when the warranty was up. Essentially 1 got one year out of my glasses.
Purchased frames and lenses a few months ago, service was great but I noticed the lenses I got scratched very quick, I never dropped them or leave them face down, always cleaned them with the cloth provided , just thought they would be scratch resistant and a bit better.
Nice and friendly staff. The Optometrist was awesome. She made the process easy and fun. Pricing is great and my order came in record time. Definitely recommend.
I was recently visiting family out in Halifax, and booked an eye exam with Optical Warehouse. The examination was thorough, and was beyond great to say the least. The staff are extremely kind, and patient as well. Alan, Chris, and Dr.Taweel helped me find the glasses that suited me, and I couldn’t be more happy with the service provided. 10/10
Had an eye exam with Dr. Ashley who explained every step of the exam and the problems I was having with my eyes. She is so friendly, patient and knowlegeable. Picking out frames was the best experience I've ever had. I was thinking I would have a problem finding a pair I liked but was pleasantly surprised when I saw the huge selection they have. Everyone was so great at helping me pick a pair and made it such a fun experience!
