Called around 4pm to get my 4 year old in for an emergency check up and had an appointment within an hour and a half. Dr. Anysia Unick was an absolute rockstar with my very shy child. The entire staff made it such a great experience, my child can't wait to go back for her eye check ups!
Dr. Shae Morrison is amazing. She is patient, friendly, and informed. She takes time to educate you and has a fantastic approach with kids. We are always seen on time, which is always a bonus. Definitely recommend, especially if you're looking for an optometrist for your child(ren)!
I honestly can’t say enough about Optical Studio! The customer service is outstanding, their medical knowledge is unmatched with optometry, their studio is beautiful and their treatments are up to date with the newest recommendations for eye health! Highly recommend
Terrible customer service.... stood around trying on sunglasses by myself nobody bothered to come help me....or even ask if I needed help.... this on male employee asked 3 different female customers if they needed help but never asked if he can help me.... I think It was because I was dressed different then everybody else in the store... might have been a factor as well.... I would give stars if possible... you lost put on a 500 plus doller sale on a pair of sunglasses...don't waste your time go somewhere else....
I had a great experience at Optical Studio. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The place was clean, organized, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed or confused about any part of the process.
