I look better with my new frame. Thank you optical insight. I know the prices here are great because i paid half of what i paid at Cohen's last year for practically the same thing. With that extra money i bought contact that would last me a whole year! Love this optical store and very grateful!

BAD PLACE TO GO – I went there for an eye exam. The optometrist (last name Cai or Kai) works there, doesn't know anything. She has very poor skill. She is very rude and discourtious. Don't even like to say hello to you. Stay away from this place.

nice place to go to – Really liked the service here and they have a lot to choose from. The girl behind the counter, brown hair and brown eyes - she was really nice and good at what she does and the guy who made the glasses was fast and didn't mess around. They definitely have experience here. Walked out with a nice pair of glasses during my lunch. 2 thumbs up.

my great experience – i was in shock, when i came out of the store, Optical Insight. my eye sight has never been 20 x 20, not even with glasses, due to the lack of support and service that ive been receiving from various optical stores.the day i decided to switch optometrists, the switch resulted in a way that was very beneficial to my life, and the way i literally see the world. what great and caring service came to my attention as i stepped foot through the doors to the amazing store that changed my life. i dont know what ... read more

Good customer service – My coworker recommended I'd come here during lunch for an exam. The exam was very thorough and Dr. Cai is very personable. I picked out glasses and got them while I waited. I really recommend this place. I am now a loyal customer for life.

Great place to shop for glasses! – I recently had the pleasure of shopping for both glasses and contact lenses at Optical Insight. The owner of the store was unbelievably helpful with his suggestions for me from the large selection of designer and non-designer frames. I was promised that the glasses would be ready in 24 hours, and sure enough they were!!! I will definitely go to Optical Insight the next time I need glasses!!

Horrendous – I was a customer for over 10 years for both glasses and contacts, and spent a great deal of money there. I always knew they were expensive, but dealt with it due to my very tricky perscription. Recently, there was a problem due to the recommendation of their own optometrist. Instead of apologizing for the fact that their doctor was less than competent, I was literally verbally assaulted for no reason, as if the owner was taking all his life frustrations out on me. Not Great !!! – I have been a customer along with my wife for about 3 years. We have gotten many pairs of glasses contacts and supllies. Never a deal or anything . Does not matter how loyal a customer a person is you are just a sale. The girl who works there is just selling , selling , selling. And the Dr. is a short tempered salesman as well.

AWFUL!!!!!! Beware! – Please believe that the people who've rated this place with one star aren't competitors! I'm a (former) customer who just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this place. I'm convinced that the reviews giving them 5 stars are fake.
