You know the Pretty Woman scene where she was treated like trash, because she wasn't in their league. I just paid a 310 dollar bill for glasses. I said how come so much. Seriously, in 18 years I never paid more than 75. She said, "Well we don't do low-income glasses like Walmart and Shopko we are a boutique, and you get high quality glasses here. Unprofessional, poor communication. Will not return. 2 stars for the great selection of frames
Worst experience ever! Staff was rude and called me a liar. I love Dr Wilcox but will not be treated so terribly by staff. I have had several issues with staff in the past, but wanted to give them one more try. I was planning on spending a few hundred dollars and apparently they didn’t care! I will never go there again!
The doctor is very knowledgeable and also very nice. The staff is excellent!
