I hated to deal with them. After they knew I had another insurance then they changed all the numbers to their convenience and did not want to give me copy of the itemized receipt. .I believe they are totally scammers they charge the insurance for that I exam and then I have to pay it out of my pocket as well and they don't want to except that that's what they're doing.

That's not quite true-as you admitted to providing erronious insurance information. Once correct ins info was provided, the claim needed to be updated. An itemized receipt was provided for all that you paid for. The only fees you paid were for the optional items not covered by your ins plan.

The WORST experience I have EVER had!!! Terrible customer service by the owner (I'm guessing because he never introduced himself). He interrupted my husband FOUR times to argue his point. As a local business owner myself, I can't imagine treating customers the way I was just treated. I have never walked away from any business feeling this awful. Also, sitting outside writing this review, they came back out to yell at us and threatened to call the cops! Wow!

Optical Experts was eagerly willing to provide the services promoted on the Groupon offer----however, you wanted to change the offer to something other than what was offered! It was for this reason, after you had already received your eye exam, that Groupon declined to refund you the money paid to them for the voucher.
