I used Optic Home Solutions twice: repairs at my new and old homes. Randall goes out of his way to provide quality service. Even when something goes wrong, Randall goes out of his way to address the problem and provide customer satisfaction to make sure things get fixed. This happened a couple of times with my new home. My latest experience was for a complete roof replacement in my old home. I have used Optic Home Solutions several times over the last 5 years due to their great workmanship, reliability, communication, and expertise in dealing with insurance claims when needed. My first encounter was for a total roof replacement. Randall took the stress out of the process by dealing directly with my insurance company as my advocate.
