It was convenient because I was able to fill out all of my medical information online before the visit. When I arrived, the staff was friendly, and the check-in was easy. RecommendedHad an appointment tonight at Optic Gallery - Casandra greeted me at the front desk and was kind and attentive. She explained all the tests that she was performing and was wonderful. Then I saw Dr. Pressley and it was like seeing an old friend. She was so warm and welcoming and she asked about my family (who she also sees). Got my prescription for glasses and contacts, 8 months later I used my prescription for glasses and they are totally off and unusable. They do not stand behind their work and want me to pay again for their crappy work
RecommendedGotta spread the word about how great this place is. The St. Rose/seven hills location never disappoints with their warmth and professionalism (shout out to Remelyn and Tiffany!). Dr . Valdez and her team are so kind and compassionate when it comes to any issues that arise, and they take the time to help you find the right fit of glasses in the perfect price range. Even if the price were to be slightly higher, I would gladly pay it to have this kind of personalized assistance.
