I’ve been coming to Dr. Witherington for over 10 years. He is very professional, friendly and attentive. Very good at what he does. OptiExpress has been my go to for all my glasses and contacts because of the staff and Dr. Witherington. I will continue to come back.
Dr. Witherington is the most thorough and efficient eye doctor I've been to. His staff is very friendly, and they always get my glasses in just a few days. Even broke my Rx sunglasses a couple years ago & they fixed my frames within minutes at no charge. Prices here are as good or better than anywhere else I've gone. I'm 62 years old and have had glasses since I was 4 years old, this is my best experience!
Four years ago I had my first visit with Dr. Witherington. It was the first time that I had an exam and glasses that were perfect. Our summer home is in a norther state. When I realized that my vsiions was changing, I waited to return to Florida to see Dr. Witherington again rather than see someone up north.
I have been a patient of Dr. Mike’s for 20 years & early on when my son, also Michael, had scratched his cornea with contacts at Disney World, we rushed home from Orlando & we were fortunate to get into see Dr. Mike & found out if he, my son, had not been diagnosed properly he would have lost his eyesight. Thanks to Dr. Mike, my son, now 37, has great vision.
I know Dr. Witherington for many years now and I am very happy every time I see him. He is very knowledgeable, very patient, he will listen to you. He always take a good care of me of you and all my friends and referred by me to see Dr. J. Witherington and they do. I have waited almost 13 years while I was living up north to get back to Opti Express to see Dr. Witherington for a correct eye exam, + correct vision care, also the correct eye glasses. So nice to be back!

We live in Lehigh Acres and traveled nearly forty mins to make sure our daughter was examined by Dr. Witherington. The reason for the travel into Fort Myers was for the fact that Dr. Witherington has caught vital problems with my prior eye/exam/prescription conducted by a different Opti doctor. I wanted to make sure our daughter was given the most accurate care. Dr. Witherington has allowed been available when we needed to get in quickly. Thankful he is nearby and accessible.
