I arrived very nervous for a filling. I arrived 10 min. early for my appointment and waited over forty minutes before being seen. It wasn't much fun waiting being so anxous. The front desk was very professional and positive. The greeted me and told me my room was being cleaned up. I overheard one of the desk attendants state that the dentist was running behind. Great experience all around, wonderful and friendly staff -- excellent care, attention to detail and follow up. I dare say I look forward to my dentist appointments!
After 20 years of not seeing a dentist.. I needed several cleanings. I have been seeing Julie (hygienist). She is WONDERFUL! The time before this last visit I mentioned, to her, that I didn't care for the "water treatment". This time she said (since it bothered me the last time) that she wouldn't use it.... and did the cleaning all by hand! I really appreciated that! Dr and staff very professional and considerate of my every need.
Very friendly, professional, and community oriented staff. They were running a little late and they let me know how long it'd be. The staff was apologetic for running late, no big deal, I was the last appointment of the day. Very well run practice; I have already recommended them to coworkers. It's great to see businesses like this in our area, thank you!
The office staff and doctors were wonderful, friendly and compassionate.
