Freedom Dental is the cleanest Dental Office I have ever been in! The new patient forms were all available online and I was able to complete and submit them online before my appointment, along with copies of my insurance card and ID. When I showed up for my appointment it was a simple process of electronically signing the forms with the receptionist. Yesterday, I had to have a tooth extracted and I have to say that it wasn't something I'd recommend to anyone, but I have to admit that it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The dentist and her staff were, as always upbeat and made my visit enjoyable (well as enjoyable as enjoyable as having this type of procedure could possibly be). As a teen & new to this office I felt very comfortable. The entire staff was nice, talked to me like a young adult and took care of my needs.
As an older elementary child, I really liked the TV's. I liked how everyone in the office talked to me and I just really liked it as my new dentist.
I had an amazing experience with Dr Burchette and dental assistant Kelsey! I was only there a minute, when Kelsey called me back. Kelsey got me set up. Dr Burchette came in and the two got to work. I walked in having an ill fitting crown which was also cracked by the dentist who put on. In less than two hours, my ex-dentist's faulty crown was removed and replaced with a brand new, made in the office, very comfortable, permanent crown, which Kelsey painted and glazed as a perfect match to my teeth!
