This was my second visit to Freedom Dental Care. On this visit I went in for a Crown. I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Everyone is so nice. Dr. B, you do great work! I'm very pleased with the Crown.
Everyone on staff is very pleasant. They create a relaxed atmosphere which made me feel welcomed and comfortable. They are very informative also, walking me through each step of my treatment, taking care of the insurance end of things, and working with me on the financial end also. And this kind of attitude does not end at the reception desk! WONDERFUL!!!! Im so glad my husband and I found Dr. Burchett and her staff.
The tooth that was refilled is quite sore yesterday when the anesthetic wore off and still this morning, plus a bit of swelling at the gum on that site. I took Excedrin and it feels a bit better. Hopefully will be ok.

I have a dentist phobia and went to a pediatric dentist through my early 50's! The staff at Freedom Dental is awesome.
The doctors and their entire staff are wonderful. The doctor explained everything to me that needed to be done in layman terms that I understood. At no time did I ever feel rushed. Very professional doctors and staff. I would not hesitate to recommend Freedom Dental Care to anyone.
Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Was apprehensive about the cleaning because I HATE the water laser. But to my surprise, they don't use that method and I had no uncomfortableness at all. Great staff and close to home. See you on March ladies!!

Everyone in the office is super nice and work to make patients with dental phobias feel comfortable and safe. They do not make you feel bad for neglecting your teeth and understand financial limitations and work with you to get the best outcome that you can
