I was very impressed with the staff and facility. Modern equipment, knowledgable staff who try to make your experience pleasant. I am one of those people who had a bad experience with the dentist years ago. Never enjoyed going but I really didn't mind my time there at all. They will be seeing me every six months from now on.
Plan on making them my new dentist
Dr. Burchett and her staff are wonderful! The office is beautiful, they have a kids' room for the kiddies to hangout, but, most importantly, Dr. Burchett did a great job on our teeth. She is very knowledgeable and spends a lot of time with her patients. We did not have to wait to see her and were not rushed out the door after our treatments. I recommended her to all my friends in the E-burg area.
Dr. Burchett's new Freedom Dental practice in Eldersburg, MD is wonderful. From the very friendly reception to the energetic staff, the entire experience is flawless. Dr. Burchett explains everything very thoroughly and has an outstanding personality. Dr. Burchett truly understands that you're a patient and not an insurance number. I very highly recommend this fantastic dental practice.
I don't think anybody likes going to the dentist, but if you have to go, this is the place to go. I love all the new technology; especially the tv's on the ceiling. The dentist and her husband were really nice and friendly. I didn't feel the friendliness at previous dental offices. Now the rest of my family wants to change their dentist to Dr. Burchett's practice.

Dr.Burchett was great, very relaxing environment, Staffing was great, I'm not a big fan of the dentist but she put myself and my kids at ease, they loved the televisions.

It is nice to have a honest personable Dentist in Eldersburg. So happy that Dr. Burchett opened her office here. She did such a great job I did not even realize she had started to clean my teeth. If you are frustrated with your Dentist I would highly reccommend her. Found a new Dentist for myself and family for life.
