Service sucks. You go hungry more then catching the delivery man and the meals hardly have food in them. Meals portions sucks.
Optage is the WORST. They cut back on the rolls, the quality of the food and the quality of the drivers. For the past few months they keep messing up my order, gaslight me about it and claim they can't afford to buy chicken tenders even though they are owned by Presbyterian Homes who have assets of 1.8 BILLION dollars, income of 700 Million dollars a year and pay their CEO over $500,000 a year! When I started Optage I thought it was ok especially because I was sick of Mom's Meals. Optage food is average, rather boring. They have french fries on so many foods, no desert and now they stopped all the rolls! I am now very happy with the change over to Homestyle Direct!! Talk about a lot of flavor!! They have been a huge change and I really like Homestyle Direct meals! I'm very happy I changed!!
