I'm not really sure what this women is talking about but I've been going to the owner for years! They are great I love the customer service and I would recommend anyone to go here! I have always left satisfied with my nails! And I know if they made a mistake they were willing to fix it with no charge and no hassel!!Please get your nails done here! Just make sure you make an* appointment they get really busy!
Customer Service is Horrible and they treat their customers awful! They are more concerned with $! This Nail Salon when it first open was great, but as new people were placed in this business, customer service went down the tubes. Do not waste your money there! They are only concerned with getting your money than providing excellent service. I had such an awful experience and I tried to explain my dissatisfaction and the one woman yelled and told me that if I was unhappy there was nothing she could do about it and charged me... read more
