Staff and doctors were amazing. Went when my son started having eye issues after hitting his head. The staff was very informative about our situation. They are easy to schedule appointments with in a timely manner.

I had a great experience. I waited no more than 5 minutes after I arrived to get called in. The Dr. was really patient and friendly despite my 2 year old toddler not wanting to fully cooperate. He also explained what he was doing throughout the process— which is a plus that not all doctors do.

Hit us with all these surprise charges a month later by mail. Than they are difficult to get a hold of (they have no voicemail). If you go in to any business, and pay for a service. How can they come up with surprise charges that you never agreed to, and mail them to you a month later? Shady business practices. Avoid unless you want the choice of paying surprise fees that emerge by mail a month later or have your credit rating to drop a little.

I am giving them 3 stars because the wait time was beyond what I expected; please plan on waiting in their office for a while. The doctor was okay, no issue on that side, but it may not be worth waiting, so you may go there if you are OK to wait.
