Terrible! Don't go there!
The doctors: amazing...the staff on the other hand: no customer service and no care. They must not like their jobs. All I got was attitude and speaking over me. I was instructed to call in June to schedule for a July or August appointment. For the first week of June every morning, I have been calling and no answer and no option for voicemail. Oh wow! Now where do I even begin? From the receptionist who didn’t acknowledge me, or reply to my good morning looking like he’s so incredibly irritated and doesn’t want to be there, or the fact that I wasn’t even seen my a doctor/resident!!. I came ALL the way from VA by metro, took me two hours to literally be dismissed by a bunch of off the counter items I already have.
