The ICU is wonderful. Doctors and nursed were compassionate and attentive. Both to patient and family needs. HOWEVER, the stepdown unit is HORRIBLE. Under staffed and patient care suffers tremendously!!! Nurses, with the exception of 2...clearly lacked compassion and attention to patient. I never seen such a horrific lack of care.

RecommendedI recommend the entire hospital. 1. Easy to get there 2. Once you get there on day one you find hope. 3. The staffs are amazing kind. 4. The way the doctors treat me make me feel that I’m in the best hand I can be.
