They are thorough and take care of you responsibly! I like them!
it is unsane to be in the emergency room here, they have all people on the hallway waiting for hours without a room you come here sick and leave more sick they dont even take care of people. They violating HIPPA by asking patient information on the hallway no privacy even to be diagnose, this hospital is just getting worse. They have to pay more attention to patients and stop putting patients together without knowing if they have something contagios
I had an amazing experience at BMC throughout my pregnancy & when I delivered my daughter there in December thanks to the incredible doctors and nurses. I would specifically like to recognize Dr Crane in OBGYN (the best doctor you could ever ask for ), Yael my ultrasound tech, Dr Mills & Dr Mullin in labor & delivery as well as my nurses there Courtney and Meghan. Stop charging facility fees for doing nothing in the hospital. No tests or x-rays were done and they charged us $1320.

THE BEST HOSPITAL OF BOSTON.
I have been going to the Endocrine practice here for several years. My doctor is wonderful but I am now so impressed by how much friendlier and caring the check-in/check-out staff is. All of them used to be so cold but now they smile and engage with the patients. It makes a huge difference to the experience. I only go once every 12 to 18 months and I noticed this change the last time I was there (6/2017) and now they are still warm to patietns in Jan 2019. Whatever you're doing, keep it up and congratulations.
Amazing workers and very caring doctors. I want to thank Jacob Kuperstock for really takin good care of me. I am very thankful for the procedure you completed on me thank you so much
